Temple University's Center for Social Policy and Community Development operates four youth-focused programs:
- Youth Employment Project (funded by the Philadelphia Youth Network) for youth ages 16.5 to 21 years, and who have an interest in obtaining skills and employment related to Information Technology (IT), Customer Service and Health Information Professions
- Achieving Independence Center for youth aging out of the foster-care system. CSPCD provides educational support to help youth succeed academically -- to graduate from high school and enter post-secondary education.
- College Bound Academy - weeklong overnight summer camp program geared to 9th graders, to expose them to college and career opportunities.
- WorkReady - Summer youth Work Experience program.
